Schibsted today won in Kammergericht Berlin with their appeal to the ruling in Landgericht Berlin. Axel Springer’s case to prohibit the publication of Schibsted’s free newspaper 20 Minuten Cologne was rejected, and this gives Schibsted the right to publish the newspaper. The publication of the newspaper will be resumed on Monday.
