The Executive Board has the intention to appoint the following persons:
Mr. R.N. Hazewinkel as CEO of Wolters Kluwer Netherlands. Mr. Hazewinkel is currently business unit manager of Kluwer Tax & Finance.
Mr. A.M. Heemskerk, currently director of Samsom.
Mr. J.H. van Vioten, currently director of Wolters Kluwer Netherlands.

Mr. B.P.F. Al, currently CEO of Wolters Kluwer Netherlands, will leave the company after the new set-up of the management of Wolters Kluwer Netherlands has been completed.
In the future the trade names Kluwer, Samsom, ten Hagen & Stam and Bohn Stafleu Van Loghum will still be used. Information about the products of these companies can be found at a central Internet site www.profinfo.nl.
The strategic portal initiatives that are under development in the different companies will be centrally driven and in the future centrally located.

The announced changes have been presented to the works councils last month and the employees have been informed. It is expected that procedures will be completed before 1 July.
The announced changes will complete the process of reorganization of Wolters Kluwer Netherlands. With these measures Wolters Kluwer will strengthen synergies between the different business units and coordinate and accelerate the various Internet initiatives within Wolters Kluwer Netherlands.
