FDS Taxpoint Ltd supplies a complete range of taxation and practice management, workflow and compliance software services to accountants, banks, and professional advisors. The company sells high value services on a subscription basis and has a strong renewal base. Annual revenues are over EUR 7 million with over 50 staff.
 
FDS will be managed within Croner.CCH Group, one of the operating companies in the UK of Wolters Kluwer nv. FDS will benefit from the opportunity to leverage its sales through Croner.CCH's extensive database of tax and accounting publications subscribers in the UK. Furthermore, the combination of CCH reference material, IRPC Taxation's services with the online, e-business and software initiatives of FDS, will accelerate the development of one-stop-shop solutions for the tax and accounting professional.
 
Croner.CCH publishes more than 200 information packages comprising electronic information, loose-leaf reference books, newsletters, telephone advisory services and seminars.
