As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Jolly will primarily be responsible for overseeing all Web site production, customer service operations and systems, as well as all fulfillment operations.
Mr. Jolly, age 48, joins iParty.com from KBkids.com, where as Vice President he was responsible for all customer care and distribution operations while simultaneously launching their online business during the 1999 holiday season. Prior to that, he served as Vice President/General Manager Operations for QVC. While at QVC for ten years, Mr. Jolly's duties included directing customer service operations and systems, warehousing and distribution operations, quality control, engineering, as well as all aspects of overseeing a 1.2 million square foot distribution operation for home/apparel products for a $2.5 billion electronic retail company. Mr. Jolly also was responsible for P&L, reducing operating costs and improving service-level standards. He has also held similar positions with the Franklin Mint, Chesebrough- Pond's and Johnson & Johnson.
