DALLAS, June 6, 2000 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Board of Directors of Transcontinental Realty Investors, Inc. (NYSE:TCI) Tuesday declared a second quarter dividend of 18 cents per share. The dividend will be payable June 30, 2000, to stockholders of record as of June 15, 2000.
The second quarter payment will be TCI's 20th consecutive quarterly distribution to shareholders.
