Olicom A/S Announces Quotation of Common Shares on the NASD's OTC Bulletin Board(r)


LYNGBY, Denmark July 12, 2000 (PRIMEZONE) - Olicom A/S (OTC BB:OLCMF) today announced that the Company's common shares are now quoted on the NASD's OTC Bulletin Board(r) under the trading symbol OLCMF. In addition, Olicom's shares continue to trade on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.

Commenting on Olicom's move to the OTC Bulletin Board(r), Chief Executive Officer Boje Rinhart remarked, "We are delighted that Olicom is now quoted on the Bulletin Board, which should give our Company better visibility in the U.S. capital markets and facilitate the trading of Olicom's common shares."

On April 17, 2000, Olicom requested that Nasdaq review its decision with respect to the delisting of the Company from the Nasdaq National Market. Olicom anticipates that Nasdaq will consider the Company's appeal in September, and that a decision will be rendered after such meeting.
