"This update maintains CompuTrac's tradition of continued product enhancement and response to customer feedback," stated Bruce Walter, President of CompuTrac. Additional enhancements include increased report selection criteria and available levels of detailed information and the ability to include individual vendor identification on cost entries. Additionally a new system rule allows firms to choose whether a transaction reversal is posted to the original transaction date or to the current period.
Future releases of the CompuTrac LFMS 2000 system will complete the data warehouse project and include such features as more flexible billing options and additional report capabilities.
Highlights of the CompuTrac LFMS 2000 product include real-time client status information, Internet billing capability, integrated Accounts Payable and General Ledger modules and remote time entry tools. New technologies featured in the system include hands-off capabilities through the use of voice recognition, Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 and three-tier architecture design.
