Fineline Properties.com Signs Exclusive Worldwide Agreement With Game Developer Majesco, Inc.


KENT, Ohio, August 17, 2000 (PRIMEZONE) -- Fineline Properties.com, Inc. (OTCBB:FNLN) announces that they have finalized a one-year agreement with New Jersey-based game development company Majesco, Inc. for the exclusive, worldwide interactive rights to Fineline's entire library of original cartoon characters. The agreement gives Majesco the rights to full game design discretion, game development and distribution worldwide for the following video game platforms: Sony Playstation, Sony Playstation 2, Nintendo 64, Nintendo GameBoy Color, Nintendo GameBoy Advance, Nintendo Dolphin, Sega DreamCast, Microsoft's X-box, as well as any future game platforms.

Majesco has developed games such as Diney's Hercules for Sony Playstation, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six for Sega Dreamcast as well as numerous titles for Nintendo's GameBoy Color such as F-18, Monopoly, Nascar Challenge, Tom & Jerry, Centipede and Battleship.
