Northrop Grumman Sector Names New Vice President For Legal Affairs


DALLAS, August 17, 2000 (PRIMEZONE) -- Northrop Grumman Corporation's (NYSE:NOC) Integrated Systems Sector (ISS) announced the appointment of Georgetta A. Wolff to vice president, assistant general counsel and sector counsel.

Ms. Wolff, 52, joined Northrop Grumman in 1983. She has held previous positions as counsel for the Electro-Mechanical, Northrop Aircraft, the B-2 and the Military Systems divisions. Most recently, she served as the associate sector counsel responsible for Northrop Grumman's Air Combat Systems business area and corporate real estate. Ms. Wolff succeeds W. Burks Terry, who recently was promoted to corporate vice president and general counsel.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate degrees from the University of Michigan.
