ONEIDA, N.Y., August 31, 2000 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Board of Directors of Oneida Ltd. (NYSE:OCQ) today announced the regular quarterly dividends of 10 cents per share on the common stock and 37 1/2 cents per share on the preferred stock, both payable September 29, 2000 to stockholders of record as of the close of business September 11, 2000.
This will be the 259th consecutive quarterly cash dividend paid on the common shares, covering more than 64 years.
