Northrop Grumman To Hold Investor Conference Dec. 5


LOS ANGELES, Nov. 27, 2000 (PRIMEZONE) -- Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) will hold an Institutional Investor Conference on Tuesday, Dec. 5, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. EST.

Presentations will be made by Northrop Grumman's chairman, president and chief executive officer; its chief financial officer; and presidents of the company's three sectors.

This day-long conference will be webcast, with a live audio broadcast available on the investor relations page of Northrop Grumman's Web site at http://www.northropgrumman.com. The audio recording will be available for two weeks following the conference.
