Sales of Unity Wireless Corporation's high power RF amplifiers for the latter part of January exceeded US$ 270,000 bringing revenues to over US$ 692,900 for the month. This includes hiring several new engineers and technicians working in the areas of research and development, production and quality control.

As the Company continues to increase its capacity to design and produce its line of RF amplifiers, development is also underway towards introducing additional amplifier, sub-system and component products targeted towards current and 3G (Third Generation) wireless infrastructure markets. Helping to create and analyze these opportunities, several executives with relevant wireless industry experience have agreed to join Unity's Technical Advisory Board.

He was Senior Director of the Wireless Communications Division at MPR Teltech (Part of BC Tel) in Burnaby, BC, and presently Vice President, Wireless Engineering, Norigen Communications.

Another addition to the Advisory Board is Mr. Jack Garrison, one of the world's leading experts in the areas of telecommunications systems, modulation techniques, and wireless propagation. He has over 40 years of research and development experience with such organizations as MPR Teltech Ltd., Lenkurt Electric Co. Ltd., RCA Victor Co. Ltd., and B C Telephone Co. Ltd. His fields of expertise include cellular systems, EHF broadband fixed wireless, digital radio systems, point to point FDMA radio systems, and digital TV satellite systems.

Mr. James Nicholson also joined the Advisory Board with 28 years experience in the field of satellite communications, both in military and commercial programs, and has been involved with many leading edge product developments for satellite systems and earth stations. He was President of IMT Communications Systems Inc. prior to its acquisition by NII Norsat International Inc. in March 1998. His most recent position was as Vice President of Norsat's engineering and operations divisions.

As Chairman of the Advisory Board, Mr. Crowson will work with Unity Wireless Corporation's senior management, engineers and customers while coordinating the various contributions made by the advisors. Their mission is to assist in the development of product lines and leading edge technologies to ensure Unity Wireless a greater position in the wireless telecommunications infrastructure market.
