SG Cowen's Global Aerospace Conference to Webcast Northrop Grumman Presentations


LOS ANGELES, Feb. 7, 2001 (PRIMEZONE) -- Two Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) senior executives will address SG Cowen's 22nd Annual Global Aerospace/Diversified Technology Conference in New York City on Thursday, Feb. 15, 2001.

Kent Kresa, Northrop Grumman chairman, president and chief executive officer, is scheduled to address the conference from approximately 12:10 p.m. to 12:40 p.m. E.S.T. James G. Roche, corporate vice president and president of the Electronic Sensors and Systems Sector, is scheduled to speak earlier as part of a panel on defense issues at approximately 9:45 a.m. to 10:25 a.m. E.S.T.

Both presentations will be Webcast, with a live audio broadcast available on the "conferences" page of SG Cowen's Web site at http://www.sgcowen.com.
