HARRISBURG, Pa., March 15, 2001 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Board of Directors of Harsco Corporation (NYSE:HSC) today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 24 cents per share, or 96 cents per share on an annualized basis. The dividend is payable May 15, 2001, to shareholders of record as of April 16, 2001. The action marks the 204th consecutive cash dividend paid to Harsco stockholders at the same or increased rate. Harsco has paid dividends each year since 1939.
