Names Industry Veteran Director of Client Services

WILTON, Conn., March 30, 2001 (PRIMEZONE) -- Dempsey, Myers & Company, the nation's third-largest risk management specialist as ranked by Business Insurance magazine, has completed its nationwide expansion with the opening of new offices in New York, Los Angeles, and Dallas. The company is headquartered in Wilton, Conn., with additional full-service offices in Chicago, Atlanta, and San Francisco. The CPA firm provides professional loss accounting services to major multinational corporations in the areas of catastrophic business interruption and employee dishonesty insurance claim preparation.

The company has also named Robert A. Kirchmeier, a 30-year veteran of the global commercial insurance marketplace and most recently with Zurich U.S., to the newly created position of Director of Client Services, where he will be responsible for the company's business development and marketing programs.

The expansion and new position facilitates Dempsey, Myers' commitment to serve the U.S. risk management community, enhancing accessibility and responsiveness to clients' worldwide loss accounting needs.
