The case study is included in the book,"Finnish ICT Cluster in the Digital Economy" (ETLA B 176), published by Etlatieto. The book is written by Laura Paija (Etlatieto), Perttu Ronkko (Eficor) and Dan Steinbock (Columbia Institute for Tele-Information, CITI). The research project is funded by the Finnish Ministry of Trade and Industry.
