We have been informed that Corbis S.A.'s, Brussels, Belgium, relative share holding in Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj has decreased from 25.14 per cent to 24.90 per cent. The duty to disclose the change in reportable holdings emerged due to an increase of share capital in Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj on May 9, 2001 following upon subscription of Warrants pursuant to the company's Bond Loan with Warrants. The number of shares in Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj held by Corbis S.A., i.e. 3 455 890 shares, has remained unchanged.
