Proposal of Telelogic Board of Directors


MALMO, Sweden, March 15, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Board of Directors of Telelogic (Stockholm Exchange:TLOG) propose that the number of board members should be six and the following board members to be elected at the Annual General Meeting on April 3, 2002.

Re-election: Bo Dimert, Kjell Duveblad, Anders Lidbeck (CEO for Telelogic), Kjell Spangberg and Joakim Westh.

New member: Erik Gabrielsson

Bo Dimert is proposed to remain as Chairman of the Board.

Lars Ahlman and Bo Wahlstrom have turned down re-election.

Erik Gabrielsson, born 1962 is attorney at law and partner in the Swedish law firm Advokatfirman Vinge KB. Erik Gabrielsson is also Chairman of the Board for InterAir AB and member of the Boards for Appium AB, Bluelabs AB (publ), Elanders AB (publ), Improve Information Management Sweden AB, Lifco AB (publ), SwitchCore AB (publ) and Wilhelm Sonesson AB (publ).

The Board of Directors proposes an emolument of 900 000 SEK, of which 500,000 SEK to the Chairman and 100,000 SEK to each board member not employed by Telelogic. New board members are suggested to receive 100,000 options in Telelogic.
