Court Decision in Germany in Favor of Eniro


STOCKHOLM, Sweden, March 20, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Court (Landgericht) in Frankfurt/Main, today issued a judgement in favor of Eniro Windhager Medien in Germany stating that Eniro is entitled to compensation as a consequence of the termination of the partnership between Eniro and DeTe Medien.

In July 2001, Eniro Windhager Medien GmbH initiated legal actions against DeTe Medien GmbH, a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom AG, claiming an amount, corresponding to approximately 75 Mn Euro as a compensation in connection with the termination of a partnership between Eniro (former Telefonbuchverlag Windhager) and DeTe Medien regarding the publication of telephone books in southern Germany. Telefonbuchverlag Windhager and DeTe Medien have in a partnership published telephone books for more than 50 years ("Gelbe Seiten" and regional telephone books).

DeTe Medien denied the claim. Following affirmation of the judgement issued by the Local Court, the assessment of the exact amount of the compensation will be subject to a separate experts procedure. Final ruling from local court, on the entire matter, could be expected by the end of 2003.

Eniro is the leading directional company in Northern Europe, offline such as directories, and online. During 2001, the business revenue was SEK 4,519M and an EBITDA of SEK 1,150 M.
