HARRISBURG, Pa., March 21, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Board of Directors of Harsco Corporation (NYSE:HSC) today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 25 cents per share, or $1.00 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend is payable May 15, 2002 to stockholders of record as of April 15, 2002. The action marks the 208th consecutive cash dividend paid to Harsco stockholders at the same or increased rate. Harsco has paid dividends each year since 1939, including nine dividend increases in the last ten years.
