STOCKHOLM, Sweden, April 17, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Sigma has been commissioned to produce a concept for product information and e-learning for an office switchboard system from Ericsson Enterprise. The training concept is based on a flexible web interface and is adapted to the system's integrated IP communication.
