No dividend
It was resolved at the Annual General Meeting on April 24 that no dividend be distributed for the 2001 fiscal year.
Election of Board
Anders Holmberg, Hans Johansson, Carl-Gerhard Sjolander, Per-Olof Snell and Kersti Thorn were re-elected to the Board of Directors and Kurt Jofs and Tommy Boork were newly elected. Curt Jofs, age 43, is Chairman of the Boards of Flygbussarna Airport Coaches AB, Esselte AB and Member of the Boards of Enea Data AB and Atea AB. Among other positions, he has served as President of AB Segerstrom & Svensson. Boork, age 45, has been head of Finnveden's Sheet Metal Components business area since 1999, and has been appointed to succeed Sten Thunberg as President and Chief Executive Officer of Finnveden in conjunction with the Annual General Meeting. Boork previously held various executive positions within Volvo Penta over a period of 12 years.
Kurt Jofs was elected Board Chairman at the statutory Board meeting.
Election of Nominating Committee
Carl-Gerhard Sjolander (representing Sparta Holding AB), Mats Guldbrand (AMF Pension) and Gunnar Ek (Swedish Share Savers Association) were re- elected to the Nominating Committee to propose nominations for the Board prior to the next Annual General Meeting.
