DALLAS, May 13, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Dresser, Inc. today announced an offer to exchange up to $250 million in aggregate principal amount of its registered Series B 9 3/8 percent Senior Subordinated Notes due 2011 for its outstanding unregistered Series A 9 3/8 percent Senior Subordinated Notes due 2011. The exchange offer will expire at 5 p.m. ET (New York City time) on Wednesday, June 26, 2002, unless Dresser, in its sole discretion, elects to extend the exchange offer.
