STOCKHOLM, Sweden, May 15, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Per Nordberg has been appointed as CFO of OM. He will take up his position on September 2, 2002 and will be a member of OM's Executive Management Team.
Per Nordberg is currently with AstraZeneca Plc, London, where he has been Group Treasurer since 1999, before which he held the same position at Astra AB since 1995. Per Nordberg has also held various positions within the Atlas Copco Group from 1981 to 1994, when he ended as Vice President Finance.
