RESTRICTIONS IN TRAVEL TO INDIA AND PAKISTAN
These additional travelling instructions shall be followed immediately by all employees, Directors and Officers of all Jaakko Pöyry Group companies.
Because of the increased tension and risk of a military conflict between India and Pakistan, Jaakko Pöyry Group staff is not allowed to travel to India and Pakistan until further notice. At this stage it is impossible to predict how the situation develops and how long the restrictions will be valid.
For any exceptions to these instructions, please contact your Business Group Director.
In case travel to India or Pakistan has already been approved within the business group, it must be re-approved by the respective Business Group Director. If approval of travel to India or Pakistan is given, the traveller must check before travelling that his travel insurance is still valid in that country, and register immediately upon arrival by e-mail, telephone or personally at his own embassy in India/Pakistan.
