Mandamus acquires another housing property in Malmo


STOCKHOLM, Sweden, June 4, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Mandamus is purchasing a residential property from Tornet in Malmo. The block comprises 1,725 m2 altogether, including 1,422 m2 of housing space. Rental income for the property amounts to SEK 1,650 thousand a year. The building was erected in about 1940 and underwent extensive renovation and conversion in the late 1990s. The price is SEK 16m.
