Mr. Baker was also appointed to the Board of Directors of TexEn. Mr. Baker has been an investment executive in the financial industry for the past 22 years and brings to the company financial market experience.

Mr. Baker replaced Mr. Harry P. Gamble IV as a Director and President of TexEn who resigned on May 30, 2002 as a result of a conflict of interest.
