STOCKHOLM, Sweden, July 2, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Haldex has been nominated by a European car manufacturer to supply the AWD system for a new platform.
The nomination for the new platform means an enlarged business relation with an already existing customer. The additional value over a 5-year period can be estimated at SEK 700-900 million. Deliveries pertaining to the new platform can be expected to start in 2004.
The new business confirms Haldex' strong position on the market for controllable AWD systems.
