COPENHAGEN, Denmark, July 15, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Olicom (OTCBB:OLCME) today announced that it has acquired all of SilverRock Holding ApS's shares in Interactive Television Entertainment ApS ("ITE") thus becoming the sole owner of ITE. Furthermore Olicom has subscribed new shares in ITE by conversion of debt in order to strengthen ITE's capital base. Hereafter Olicom's investment in ITE totals DKK 22 million (USD 3 million).
