STOCKHOLM, Sweden, July 25, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Notifications of amendment for limited companies, contracts of employment and employer certificates are Sweden's most-used forms, as revealed in new statistics from Sign On, a Stock Exchange-listed company, which has gathered together on the Internet all the forms used in Sweden.
Authorities, the legal system, companies and organisations, offices and the public sector -- in total there are more than 4 500 forms which arein everyday use and with which we all come into contact in one way oranother. But some are used more than others, as the annual survey bySign On reveals.
Sweden's ten most-used forms:
1. Notification of amendment - limited company 2. Contract of employment 3. Employer certificate 4. Travelling expenses account 5. Invoice 6. Driver's logbook 7. Cohabitation agreement 8. Contract of sale for property 9. Bill of sale 10. Private car purchase
The list is based on statistics on the forms which have beendownloaded from our electronic form archive, which is used by companies,local authorities and private persons, says Andreas Halvarsson, vicePresident of Sign On.
The survey covered the period 01.07.2001 to 30.06.2002 inclusive.
Comparing the survey with those from previous years, we see thatemployer certificates are appearing on the list for the first time,which can be interpreted as a result of the turbulence on the labourmarket. Another notable newcomer is cohabitation agreements, which werepreviously a long way outside the top ten, concludes Halvarsson.
