Sun Network Group, Inc. Subsidiary RTV and Sports Byline USA Form New Network, Radio X

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla., Sept. 11, 2002 (PRIMEZONE)-- The Sun Network Group, Inc. (OTCBB:SNNW) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, RadioTV Network, Inc. ("RTV"), has entered into a definitive agreement with San Francisco-based Sports Byline USA, the #1 national sports talk radio network, to create Radio X, a new, nationally syndicated radio network.

Radio X will be comprised initially of a series of live and taped radio programs designed and targeted to appeal to today's burgeoning, diversified youth markets, with a special emphasis on the lifestyle interests of a young male demographic.

Programs already committed to Radio X include "Wrestling Observer Live," a two hour live show hosted by Dave Meltzer and Bryan Alvarez featuring interviews, call-ins and feature entertainment for the serious wrestling fan, broadcast Sunday evenings from 7-9pm; "Video Game Review," hosted by Patrick Mauro, a one hour look at what's hot in the world of video games and electronic entertainment, with interviews, listener call-ins and new product reviews, also broadcast Sundays at 9-10pm; "Laughtraxxs," a 2-3 hour comedy program, currently in development, which will feature comedy clips from CDs, movies and TV along with original material.

T. Joseph Coleman, Sun's CEO, said, "We have been looking at ways to be in business with Sports Byline for the past two years and think Radio X is a great complement of our mutual resources and abilities. Traditional top-40 music stations have become stale and predictable to young audiences and virtually all talk radio is targeted to middle age markets. We believe Radio X will fill this void and attract a new generation to the format."

Darren Peck, President of Sports Byline, added, "The time is right for programs in general, and this network in particular, that can take advantage of multiple distribution streams. Radio X will be delivered to traditional radio, on the digital band, via the web and, potentially, on the RTV designed platform."

Sun's division RTV is a new television network that produces and distributes TV versions of top rated radio programs, including the very successful "Mancow TV" in Chicago from 1999 - 2001.

Sports Byline USA is the most successful nightly sports talk radio network in the country with over 150 affiliated radio stations in the U.S. and is also broadcast on Sirius Satellite Radio and on over 500 American Forces Network stations.
