VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Sept. 23, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- President & CEO of Crew Development Corporation Ltd. (Crew) (TSE:CRU) (Other OTC:CRWVF), Jan A. Vestrum, has bought 1,000,000 shares in Crew at NOK 1.69 (CAD 0.36) per share by way of a 12-month forward contract dated September 20, 2002.
Vestrum has previously acquired 2,000,000 warrants with maturity dating May 1, 2003; including 1,750,000 options granted by the Board of Directors. Vestrum's exposure now totals 4,750,000 shares in the company.
