MONTREAL, Oct. 9, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Interactive Classified Corporation, a provider of telephony and Web-based applications and a target acquisition company of Isee3d Inc.'s (TSX Venture Exchange:YEY) pending reverse takeover transaction, announced today a co-branding agreement with Astral Media Inc.
Pursuant to the agreement, Astral Media will market Montreal's popular TeleMatch personals service through Radio Energie under the name www.energietelematch.com.
As Montreal's leading radio station for the francophone market between the ages of 18-49, Radio Energie chose to capitalize on TeleMatch's standing as the number-one, top of mind telephone dating service in Quebec (Leger & Leger 2001) to enter the growing online personals marketplace. Over 18 million people visited online personal Web sites in June, according to research firm Jupiter/Media Metrix -- up from 14.8 million last October. A recent Jupiter Research study said that more than 34 million people have visited online personals and the average user spends 13 hours a month on the sites.
Under a revenue-sharing agreement, Radio Energie will promote the online dating service via its Website and radio programs in exchange for Interactive Classified's technology infrastructure and management of the system.

With TeleMatch's Direct Connect service members can talk live by telephone with other members with the click of an icon within a member's online profile without exchanging telephone numbers even when that person is not online.
