KLIPPAN, Sweden, Oct. 31, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Jan Bernander, Chairman of the KLIPPAN (Stockholm:KLIP) Board will take up the position as non-executive Chairman of the Board of Inveresk PLC.
Alan Walker, deputy member of the KLIPPAN Board has resigned from the Board following his appointment as Chief Executive of Inveresk PLC.
Lennart Laftman, ordinary member of the KLIPPAN Board has resigned as of October 31, 2002.
