KLIPPAN, Sweden, Nov. 5, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- On October 30, 2002 KLIPPAN (Stockholm:KLIP) took over the operation at the Caldwells Mill from Inveresk PLC. From the same date the unit is operating under the name Klippan International PLC Caldwells Mill. This means that a new organization will be effective as from November 5, 2002 and the following appointment has been made.
Mr. Paul Hirst has been appointed General Manager of Caldwells Mill, reporting to the Corporate Manager Production/Environment of KLIPPAN AB, Mr. Bjarne Bjork. Paul Hirst is responsible for the operations at the Caldwells Mill and will in that position also coordinate all activities at the site.
KLIPPAN AB is organized according to functions which means that production at all the mills -- Caldwells, Klippan, Lessebo and Molndal -- is reporting to the Corporate Manager Production/Environment. Similarly Accounting at all mills is reporting to the Corporate Manager Finance/IT, Mr. Kenneth Nellros. Marketing/Sales/Sales Administration at all mills report to Vice President Marketing/Sales, Mr. Olle Grundberg.
Paul Hirst will announce the Caldwells mill organization shortly. Myself and all my colleagues at KLIPPAN wish Paul good luck and all success in his new and challenging task.
