Files Lawsuit against Cliveden Petroleum Co., Ltd and EnCana Corporation

Following an announcement last month pertaining to an interest the company holds in the African Republic of Chad, Trinity also said it yesterday filed suit in District Court in Harris County, Texas against Cliveden Petroleum Co., Ltd, and EnCana Corporation, alleging breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and conspiracy to withhold information with regard to activities and transactions associated with the concession in which Trinity has certain rights. Trinity is seeking recovery of $1.5 million in project cost recovery, as well as unspecified damages and punitive damages.
