FOERSLOEV, Sweden, Nov. 29, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Peab (Stockholm:PEABb) has won the contract to build 115 new rental apartments in Akersberga just north of Stockholm. The client is Armada Fastighets AB and the contract is worth SEK 147 million.
It is an all-in contract and construction that has begun and it will be completed in three stages with first moving in date estimated to be December 2003.
