International Broadcasting Corporation Consolidates Sites; Moves up to World-Class Data Center for Increased Capacity

SANTA MARIA, Calif., Dec. 13, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- International Broadcasting Corporation (OTCBB:IBCS) has announced that it will move its line-up of interactive revenue-generating Internet websites from several different points of presence to one centralized location in Los Angeles, CA.

The new state-of-the-art carrier neutral data center is wholly owned and operated by DreamTank LLC. DreamTank's carrier-neutral status sets it apart from other co-location and exchange facilities. The Data Center is connected directly via redundant fiber to One Wilshire, one of the largest Internet hubs in the world, thereby opening markets where clients freely exchange traffic with each other and choose from a variety of providers for access to the global Internet backbone, as well as private intranet and closed proprietary networks.

DT presently hosts and administrates key networks and companies with a worldwide Internet presence. The DreamTank network administration team will assist IBCS in hosting, programming, strategic development and other facets of expansion.

The move is designed to provide a scalable platform with sufficient capacity on which IBCS can transition from its beta-test formats to fully operational revenue generating websites with global market penetration.

"We are pleased to welcome the International Broadcasting Corporation operations, including IBC Radio, IBC News Network and IBC Entertainment Group to the DreamTank network. We look forward to assisting IBCS with their expansion plans for 2003," stated DreamTank CEO Tony Rennert.

IBC Entertainment Group VP James Golff added: "DreamTank LLC has been a key factor in the development of sophisticated programming networks for Internet-based commerce for over 7 years and has an exemplary record of performance. They will provide a perfect synergy for our multiple revenue-generating models and the means to deliver them."
