ESPOO, Finland, Jan. 15, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- TietoEnator (Other OTC:TTNTF) (Stockholm:TIEN) has signed an agreement with Tietokesko on the supply of a Contact Center system in order to develop Tietokesko's customer service. The system will be commissioned in February 2003.
With the new Contact Center system, Tietokesko aims to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. The solution includes telephonic services for the IT system support of Kesko and its stores. It also facilitates the creation of customer-specific service and the flexible addition of special expertise to the Contact Center team and improves reporting. Customer satisfaction will be improved through reduced waiting times.
"Renovation of the telephone system is part of Tietokesko's customer service development programme started in 2002. The objective of the programme is to make customer service more effective and increase its scope of offerings," said Ari Vanhanen, the CEO of Tietokesko Oy. "In addition to the Contact Center system, the customer service processes as well as reporting and monitoring tools will also be developed. Thus, the overall efficiency of operations will be improved."
TietoEnator is responsible for the total supply of Tietokesko's Contact Center, including application software and support service during operation. The solution is based on Genesys software. The advanced system supports among others VoIP technology.
