e-Perception changes its name to PeopleView, Inc.

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., March 7, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- e-Perception, Inc. (OTCBB:EPER), a leading provider of real-time human capital management solutions, today announced that it will change its name to PeopleView, Inc. effective immediately. In accordance with the company name change, it will also renew its brand identity, aiming to position PeopleView as a market-leader in providing real-time decision support tools and services to the exploding human capital management (HCM) marketplace.

Earlier this year PeopleView announced a new executive management team, lead by Joseph Flynn, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors. "The name change represents another milestone in our plans to provide our customers with a new generation of HCM solutions that offer unprecedented analysis and deep insight into the performance, perceptions and productivity of their most important asset, their people. Our HCM tools and professional services provide tangible results in managing the skills, attitudes and performance of our customers' workforce and in tying those important issues to their organizational development and strategy," said Flynn.

Along with the launching of the new name and new brand identity, PeopleView has developed a new product suite of Human Capital Management Insight Solutions(tm): ClimateSight(tm) for employee and organizational assessments; SkillSight(tm), for organizational skills inventories and assessments; and PerformanceSight(tm), for performance management including single and multi-rater assessments.

These highly configurable HCM solutions are rapidly deployed as stand-alone or loosely linked modules offering closed loop, real-time diagnostic and reporting. By assessing an organization's corporate climate, skills profile and employee performance, these tools are designed to help organizations align to the corporate strategy and evaluate their ability to execute their strategic goals.

"The e-Perception name has enjoyed an excellent reputation in the Human Capital Management industry," said Etienne Weidemann, President for PeopleView, Inc. "However, this change will clearly align our corporate brand with our company focus, which is to provide organizations with unparalleled insight into their human capital assets -- their people."

Based on the concept of the new name, PeopleView will proceed to implement an aggressive marketing and branding plan in 2003 to capitalize on the unprecedented growth in the human capital market and to ensure the company's growth in future years.
