American Hospital Resources Announces 8-K Filing and New Executive Summary Integrating Rx Solutions, Inc.


SANTA ANA, Calif., June 4, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- American Hospital Resources, Inc. (OTCBB:AMHR) has completed the proforma financials integrating the recently announced acquisition of Rx Solutions, Inc. into AMHR's consolidated financials. For purposes of the 8-K filing these financials are stated as of year-end December 31, 2002 as though Rx Solutions had been a part of AMHR for all of 2002. These financials do not reflect new business added since year-end. As a licensed closed-door pharmacy and Medicaid provider, Rx Solutions, Inc. currently serves a long-term care base of more than 1,400 patients, an increase of approximately 40% over the bed count at year-end. Rx Solutions, Inc. provides its client patients with licensed prescription drug services and related pharmacy consulting services within both Mississippi and Alabama.
