STOCKHOLM, Sweden, June 13, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- The property company Kungsleden AB (publ) (Other OTC:KGSDF) (Stockholm:KLED) has sold the properties Stockholm Borg 3, Borg 6 and Gullfoss 1 in Kista.
The properties which consists of 10 000 sqm of offices and warehouse has been sold for 69 MSEK with a profit of 7 MSEK.
