Tasty Fries, Inc. Holds Open House and Shareholder Meeting


BLUE BELL, Pa., June 30, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Tasty Fries(r), Inc. (OTCBB:TFRY) hosted an open house on June 25, 2003 at its corporate headquarters in Blue Bell, PA. Over 200 shareholders, private investors, vending machine representatives, and interested parties attended. The company's production models of its french fry vending machines were on display and served over 150 orders of piping hot Tasty Fries to the patrons.

Immediately following the open house, a shareholders meeting was held at 3 PM at the Marriott Hotel in Conshohocken, PA. 130 shareholders attended. Jessica Lenny from StockTrans (Tasty Fries's transfer agent) was appointed Judge of Elections and reported 81,492,446 votes or 91% of the total shares outstanding voted all in favor of Edward C. Kelly and the existing Board of Directors. There was not a single negative vote in over 81 million proxies. "It is quite gratifying when you receive such an overwhelming mandate from your shareholders," stated Kelly, President and CEO. "We are eager to place our machines in the field and commence production."
