STOCKHOLM, Sweden, July 2, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Custos (Other OTC:CUSTF) has today accepted Volvo's (Nasdaq:VOLVY) (Other OTC:VOLVF) (Other OTC:VOLAFK) offer to exchange shares in KFAB to shares in Bilia. After completion of the offer, Custos holding in Bilia will amount to 4,850,935 shares representing 18.9% of capital and votes in the company.
