AAMPRO GROUP, Inc. Board of Directors Approves 3 for 1 Stock Split


WHITEHOUSE, N.J., July 15, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- AAMPRO GROUP, Inc. (OTCBB:AAPO), a leading Employee Leasing, HR Services and Payroll Company, announced today that the board of directors unanimously approved a 3 For 1 forward split of the Company's stock. The record date for the stock-split will be July 31, 2003.

CEO Stephen Farkas commented, "AAMPRO has made great strides over the first six months of the year and is preparing for positive events in the near future to increase shareholder value. This stock-split will assist the Company with current and future corporate goals and strategies."
