Among other things the merger is contingent upon the execution of a definitive agreement and the completion of due diligence by both parties. Transpirator Technologies, Inc. is a licensor of certain respiratory therapy equipment for human and veterinary markets.
CyGene, Inc. based in Coral Springs, Florida, is poised to begin marketing low cost commercialized genetic testing to the public.
