Australians to Trade U.S. Markets Via New Test Program; Pilot Program Provides International Broadcasting Corporation Services to Australia

SANTA MARIA, Calif., August 11, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- International Broadcasting Corporation (OTCBB:IBCS) has been advised today that Strategic Process Re-Engineering (SPRE) of Australia will soon commence a pilot program introducing IBCS stock trading services to the Australian marketplace. The program officially launches on September 1st this year and utilizes the stock trader subscription services offered by IBC News Network (www.IBCnn.com), a division of IBCS.

The objective of the Australian program, which will run for a period of three calendar months, is threefold -- to demonstrate that:

 1. Money is to be made through a judicious use of the IBCS
     Premium Subscription services.

 2. Time zone differences are not an insurmountable obstacle in
trading US stock exchange listed stocks.

 3. Australia has the necessary electronic infrastructure and
support to execute trades efficiently across the hemispheres.

The direct commercial implications behind this project for IBCS are seen as follows:

 1. Broadening of the subscription base for IBCS with the
resultant outcome of increasing subscription revenue.

 2. The potential of creating a financial vehicle in Australia
capable of generating services income for IBCS.

SPRE has also advised IBCS that it launched a feasibility pilot during the month of May. The results were very pleasing.

Laurence R. L Gartner, Australian consultant to IBCS said, "the US market remains very much unexplored and untapped market for many Australians. However, the US stock market can be a daunting place. It's big. It's different to the way it works in Australia -- the Market Makers, the rulings, the Pink Sheets, the OTCBB and other listed exchanges just to name a few.

Australians know that there is money to be made on this exchange. The IBCS Premium Subscription services can now provide the tools for Australians to gain more informed access to the US market place. The pilot's objective is to demonstrate just that."

Mr. Gartner further explained that he is not aware of any similar type of IBCS services provided in the Australian market place and that this would be only one of many initiatives to build IBCS' company fundamentals.
