Vermilion Shores Schedules Grand Opening for August 30




         -- Affordable Luxury Arrives on Lake Erie Shore

         -- 160 Condos and Villas Planned

AKRON, Ohio, Aug. 28, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Vermilion Shores Development Group, LLC today announced that its Grand Opening will commence on August 30, 2003. Vermilion Shores is a luxury residential complex, located on Lake Erie in the village of Vermilion, Ohio. The complex includes waterfront condominiums, villas and amenities along 2,000 feet of previously undeveloped shoreline.

Joe Bolognue, a partner in Bolognue Holdings, the developer of Vermilion Shores, commented, "This project opens up a lovely Lake Erie waterfront area for residential living. The units are available at affordable prices, and the units have enjoyed strong demand since we commenced offering them recently."

Unit prices start at $199,000. 16 units have been completed, and another 24 are under construction. Visitors are welcome to visit 2 models that are available for viewing. Vermilion, Ohio, the location of the largest small-boat harbor on the Great Lakes, is conveniently located 35 minutes west of Cleveland and 35 minutes east of Cedar Point.
