AKRON, Ohio, Aug. 28, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Vermilion Shores Development Group, LLC today announced that its Grand Opening will commence on August 30, 2003. Vermilion Shores is a luxury residential complex, located on Lake Erie in the village of Vermilion, Ohio. The complex includes waterfront condominiums, villas and amenities along 2,000 feet of previously undeveloped shoreline.
Joe Bolognue, a partner in Bolognue Holdings, the developer of Vermilion Shores, commented, "This project opens up a lovely Lake Erie waterfront area for residential living. Unit prices start at $199,000. 16 units have been completed, and another 24 are under construction. Visitors are welcome to visit 2 models that are available for viewing. Vermilion, Ohio, the location of the largest small-boat harbor on the Great Lakes, is conveniently located 35 minutes west of Cleveland and 35 minutes east of Cedar Point.
