FOERSLOEV, Sweden, Sept. 08, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Peab has won the contract to build a new clinic research centre at the university hospital MAS in Malmo. The faculty of medicine at the university of Lund will be the tenant.
The client is Regionfastigheter and the contract amounts SEK 415 million.
The centre will contain premises for research and education. The main purpose of the centre aims to surroundings for modern and future research that will be integrated with education and medical service.
It is a general contract that comprises 17.000 square metres new construction and 8.000 square metres rebuild area. Work has begun and it is estimated to be completed in February 2006.
