Whistler Investments, Inc. -- NuAge to Negotiate Electric Propulsion Toy Venture with Hero Cycles


LAS VEGAS, Oct. 3, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Whistler Investments, Inc --(name change pending) (OTCBB:WHSL) announced today that negotiations are scheduled in Delhi, India between Hero Cycles (www.herocycles.com), the largest manufacture of cycles in the world, and NuAge. Also in attendance will be executives from a major North American bicycle manufacturer.

The purpose of the negotiations surrounds the new electric mini motorcycle which was delivered to Hero Cycles by NuAge. The mini motorcycle is powered by Nupow'r technology. The agenda also includes discussions for the proposed "Electric Scootie Motorcycle."

NuAge is currently in the design and engineering stages for a number of children's electric vehicles powered by the NuPow'r electric propulsion system. The vehicles are geared towards the lucrative 8-14 year old children's market. The proposed units will be delivered to Hero Cycles for manufacturing and global distribution.
